Ever wonder how Moto jerseys are made with such cool patterns and designs? They start off as white polyester rolls of fabric, and the designs are “Sublimated” or dyed for the easier to understand term. Once they are decorated, they are then cut and sewn together to end up with fully decorated garments, ready for sale.

So how do we customize them? It is a pretty amazing process actually. We start off by cutting a special kind of vinyl, that under heat adheres to the garment. On these particular jerseys, I used two colors of vinyl, black and orange, applying the black first, and then adding the orange over the black! We use a special machine to cut the pattern into the vinyl, and then use a heat press to apply the graphics.
